What is your return policy?

We offer store credit for eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items include clearance items, promotional purchases discounted 20% or more, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, swimwear, and gift cards.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8, expedited shipping is $15, and orders over $150 ship free!

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and packed at our Knoxville studio within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your label is printed!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, an automated shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking link will be sent directly to your inbox.
