Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer standard flat-rate shipping for all US domestic orders:
• Standard Shipping ($8.00 Flat Rate): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
• Expedited Shipping ($15.00 Flat Rate): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
• Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applies at checkout on all orders of $150.00 or more (before tax and after any applicable discounts).
Shipping Address & Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Shop EmJ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. All delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and not guarantees.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, or file a missing mail search directly with USPS. You can always reach out to us at hello@shopemj.com for assistance locating your tracking details.
Order Tracking:
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update after receiving your notification.
